How do I take care of my Alenika products?

Wool is a soft natural material that can clean itself. On page “Wool care instructions”  you will find more information.

Do you have a shop that I can visit?

We do not have a showroom or physical shop which you can visit.

How can I order?

The ordering process is as clear, operational and simple as possible. Choose in which category you want to order a product. Then select your product and follow the steps in the ordering process. All prices of our products include VAT.

Do I receive a confirmation of the order?

After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email from Alenika. If you have not received confirmation of your order, please let us know by e-mail to: contact@alenika.nl.

What are the shipping costs for shipment of my order?

Shipping is FREE within the Netherlands!

Can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and tracking code.

Can I still cancel or change the order?

To cancel or change your order, follow “Returns” procedure.

I entered the wrong address in my order. Can I still change it?

It is not possible to change the address data of the order or cancel it. The order will be delivered to the home address you specify.
